This is a timely subject in light of the Charismatic Movement that has spread to this part of the world. Charismatics also declare that they believe the Bible is God’s infallible, inerrant Word. So, they must be willing to be scrutinised under the searchlight of Holy Scripture. Dr Khoo has brought the subject under closest examination in that light by a meticulous, exegetical study of the relevant Scripture passages. Anunbiased student following that careful study, “precept upon precept, precept upon precept” (Isa 28:10) cannot help but come to the same conclusion as the author.
