Most frequent questions and answers

What days do you ship on?

Monday through Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. We also do not ship between Christmas and New Year. If you order during the weekend, next day options will not be fulfilled.

What happens if my book arrives damaged?

 If a book shipped from us arrives damaged we will send you a new copy of the damaged book at no cost  to you. If you receive a damaged book in the mail, please take some photos of the box the book came in, the damage done to the book, and call us as soon as possible (the photos will be submitted to the carrier by the Reformedbooks, in the event that the damage was caused by poor shipping).

RETURNS ?

We will initiate the refund or exchange process for any online purchases under following general guidelines.

1) You should intimate us within 7 days of receiving the product(s)
2) You should be in a position to provide the proof of purchase
3) The product should not be used
4) The product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition
5) Product will be replaced if the product is damaged or faulty or if it is the wrong item that was sent. If the same product is not available in stock, you have the choice of selecting other product of same value. The cost of shipping will be borne by us.
6) Products will not be exchanged or refunded due to wrong ordering and customers should check before placing an order.

Refunds are typically done on a case-by-case manner. Returns sent after the allowed period of time will not be processed.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order should reach you within 7 days

We offer various modes of payment offered including

How do I contact the delivery executive?

Please look out for a text message or an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) call from the courier company. It will include essential information such as the contact number of the delivery executive and the delivery code / pin.

Why was my package undelivered and returned to Reformed Books?

Carriers will make every effort to deliver the package to you.

Reasons that your package was not delivered include:

  • incorrect address (unintended recipient)
  • outdated address
  • incomplete address (missing information such as access code or PO box number)
  • failed delivery attempts
  • unreachable via call (missed call)
  • declined order

The packages that are returned to us may be reshipped upon your request. A redelivery fee will be applied. We will not be held responsible for the condition of the books in the redelivery package. Books will be redelivered as per the condition they were returned from courier.

Our refund & replacement policy does not apply to undeliverable or redelivered packages.
